Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive fertilizer sales through door-to-door marketing and direct customer engagement in urban and peri-urban areas. The role involves meeting urban farmers, gardeners, nurseries, housing societies, and retail outlets to promote and sell our fertilizer products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door visits to promote and sell fertilizer products directly to urban customers.

• Identify potential customers, including home gardeners, nurseries, landscaping companies, and housing communities.

• Demonstrate product benefits, provide usage guidance, and address customer queries effectively.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base within the assigned area.

• Maintain accurate sales records, customer feedback, and daily activity reports.

• Participate in local marketing drives, exhibitions, and promotional events.

• Coordinate with the regional sales manager for inventory, order management, and after-sales support.

• Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat sales and referrals.
