Job Description

Hiring: Sales Executive – Assam (Upper & Lower Assam)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance (TA)

Requirements:

Bike and valid Driving License (DL) are mandatory
Experience: 2 to 5 years in sales

Locations:
Vacancies are available across Assam, including:

Tezpur
Jorhat
Kamrup
Guwahati Metro
Lakhimpur

Morigaon
Nagaon

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads for rooftop solar projects through field sales, referrals, and local networking.
Meet prospective customers, understand their energy requirements, and recommend suitable solar solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and ROI/payback analyses.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, installation, and project execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates.
Develop and maintain good relationships with banks and APDCL officials.
Arrange meetings and appointments with government officials as required.
