Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Book Sales Executive to join our team at BA Publication. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling books, generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and expanding our book distribution network. The role requires strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell books through online and offline sales channels.

• Identify potential customers, bookstores, libraries, schools, colleges, and distributors.

• Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, social media, and direct visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.

• Develop effective sales strategies to increase book sales and market presence.

• Explore new markets and opportunities for book distribution.

• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, payments, and deliveries.

• Maintain customer databases, sales records, and regular performance reports.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Graduate preferred).

• Experience: 0–3 Years. Freshers can also apply.

• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, Email, and WhatsApp handling.

• Ability to generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Interest in books, reading, publishing, or the education industry will be an advantage.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits, if required.
