Conduct field sales and merchant onboarding in designated areas

Promote Paytm UPI and related services to local merchants and businesses

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Educate merchants on the benefits of digital payments

Collect feedback and report market insights to the team

Minimum qualification: 10th pass

Experience with UPI platforms like PhonePe, GPay, BharatPe, etc., is a strong advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be comfortable with outdoor/field sales
