PAYTM FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE (FSE)

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bhopal. You will be responsible for visiting local markets, onboarding new merchants, and cross-selling Paytm devices (Soundbox, EDC Machines, QR Codes).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Merchant Acquisition: Visit retail shops and small businesses in assigned areas (e.g., MP Nagar, New Market, Kolar) to onboard them onto the Paytm platform.

• Sales Targets: Achieve daily and monthly targets by selling Paytm products such as Soundbox, EDC (Card Swipe) Machines, and QR Codes.

• Account Management: Revisit existing merchants to ensure they are actively using Paytm, resolve their technical queries, and prevent them from switching to competitors.

• Branding: Ensure Paytm stickers, standees, and QR codes are clearly visible at the merchant's counter.

• Reporting: Update daily market visits and sales closures in the company app
