Paytm – Field Sales Executive (FSE) Hiring

Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Fresher / 0-3 Years Experience)

Location:

All Over Andhra Pradesh & Telangana (Candidates will be assigned within 10 km from their hometown)

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹21,000 per month (Annual: ₹2,52,000)

• In-hand Salary: ₹16,800 – ₹17,500 (after deductions for PF, ESI, Insurance, HRA)

• Incentives: Performance-based, up to ₹1,44,000 annually (Unlimited earning potential)

• Benefits: PF, ESIC, Medical Insurance

Eligibility:

• Qualification: 10th / Intermediate / Degree / PG

• Age: 19 to 35 years

• Must own a two-wheeler & valid driving license

• Must own an Android Smartphone

• Strong interest in sales & target-driven roles

• Paytm Soundbox

• Paytm QR Scanner

• Paytm EDC Device (Swipe Machine)

• Paytm Loans (Pre-approved)

• Paytm Shop & Health Insurance

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct 25-30 field visits daily to merchants/shops.

• Achieve 8-10 sales points per day.

• Demonstrate Paytm products & close sales.

• Onboard new merchants with Paytm QR, Soundbox, or EDC Machine.

• Promote Paytm loans, insurance, and financial products.

• Revisit inactive merchants & re-activate usage.

• Maintain daily sales reports & update leads.

• Ensure customer satisfaction & handle merchant queries.

Beat Visit Point System (Performance Metrics):

• Revisit (inactive merchants): 0.5 point

• Soundbox Installation: 3 points

• Loan/Pre-approved Loan Explanation: 4 points

• Swipe Machine (EDC) Sale: 30 points

Training & Support:

• 1 Day Online Training

• 3 Days On-the-Job Training with senior team support

• Deployment within 10 km of candidate’s location

Interview Mode:

• Virtual (Online) or Face-to-Face (Depending on location)
