Sales Executive

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand market share.

Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts for equipment sales. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to formulate effective sales strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their equipment needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term customer partnerships.

Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Manage the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal development.

Also candidates have to procure Architecture/construction and Interior Design projects from market.

Company will provide some data to follow up Visiting Architects / Interior Designers regularly, building in good relationship with them, providing very high level of premium service to move them up the value chain Monitor sales activity, track progress against targets, and provide regular sales reports to management.

Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of excellent customer experience.

Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance the company's market presence.

Skills

Preferably in a managerial or leadership role.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively.

Knowledge of equipment industry trends, products, and customer needs.

Proficiency in using Email writing and MS Office applications
