Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products through the Direct Sales Team (DST) channel. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source Home Loan and LAP business through direct sales activities.
• Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and networking.
• Generate leads from builders, brokers, connectors, and other business partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan disbursement.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers throughout the loan process.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services sales.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products.
• Strong customer acquisition and lead generation abilities.
• Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
• Good networking and market development skills.
