Job Description – Gold Loan Sales Executive

Role: Open Market Sales
Job Responsibilities
• Generate new Gold Loan business through open market sales.
• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, references and local networking.
• Explain Gold Loan products and benefits to prospective customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful Gold Loan customers.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers and leads.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and local market connectivity.
• Coordinate with the concerned team for documentation and loan processing.
Eligibility
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in core Gold Loan sales.
• Relevant Gold Loan/NBFC/BFSI sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in open market/field sales.
• Candidates available immediately to 30 days preferred.
