Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Paytm Retail POS Sales

About the Role
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to expand Paytm's merchant network by acquiring new retailers and promoting Paytm POS (Point of Sale) and payment solutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field sales, meeting retailers daily, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit retail shops, merchants, and business establishments within the assigned territory.
Acquire new merchants and onboard them to Paytm POS solutions.
Promote Paytm Soundbox, POS machines, QR code payments, and other merchant products.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
Complete KYC documentation and merchant onboarding.
Install and activate POS devices where applicable.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
Resolve basic merchant queries and coordinate with the support team when required.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits and sales activities through the company CRM/app.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, BFSI, Telecom, FinTech, FMCG, or Retail Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to work in the field are welcome.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Familiarity with smartphones and mobile applications.
Knowledge of digital payments is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹21,500 per month (Based on experience)
