Job Title: PSR (Primary Sales Representative)

Position: Sales Executive

Location: West Bengal

Gender: Male Only

Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years

Qualification: 12th pass/ Graduate

Shifts: Morning Shift ( 6 days working)

Salary: Up to ₹13,000 fixed + More Incentives + Bonus + Travel Allowance

Freshers or Experienced both are applicable

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum HS (Higher Secondary) Pass with valid documents; Graduates preferred.

Experience: Candidates with field sales experience will be given preference.

Local Candidates Preferred: Knowledge of the local market is essential.

Transport Requirement: Must own a cycle or bike for field travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular market visits in rural areas to promote and sell company products.

Develop strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

Ensure product visibility, stock availability, and proper merchandising at outlets.

Gather market intelligence and share customer feedback for continuous improvement
