Designation: Sales Executive
Roles and responsibilities:
Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
Generate and develop new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls with existing and new clients
Passionately evangelize our products and services to develop relationships with sales prospects.
To achieve the sales targets based on the past history of the allotted accounts.
To ensure that the old outstanding payments of their allotted accounts are under control.
Regular Communication with potential clients over the phone, email, text, and in-person to follow up on the project status.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in timely manner.
Required Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication; interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Familiarity with Negotiations & other sales tactics.
Business goal oriented, ability to achieve business targets consistently.
Uphold standards of self-motivation, time management to perform multi task and remain calm under pressure.
Person should have a learning attitude
Proven track record working as a B2B sales representative
