Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our loan division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and promoting loan products such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, and other financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for loan products.

• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.

• Meet prospective clients, explain loan products, and guide them through the application process.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

• Coordinate with the credit and operations team to ensure smooth loan disbursement.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and RBI/Banking guidelines.

• Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and events to increase visibility.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
