(Non-Target-Based Role)

We are hiring Sales & Marketing professionals from the Bitumen Industry for the Odisha region.

🔹 Industry: Bitumen

🔹 Experience: Minimum 2–4 Years (Bitumen experience mandatory)

🔹 Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹30,000 & above (based on experience & qualification)

🔹 Education: Minimum Graduate

(B.Tech / Diploma Civil / MBA Marketing preferred)

🔹 Location: Odisha

Sector Details – Odisha Region

Candidate required for Sales & Marketing in Odisha

Must be from Cuttack or Bhubaneswar

Responsible for Eastern Zone of Odisha, covering districts:

Cuttack, Khordha, Nayagarh, Puri, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Bhadrak, Balasore, Jajpur

Additional experience handling other Odisha districts will be an added advantage

Only candidates from the Bitumen industry will be considered

Key Responsibilities

Sales & marketing of bitumen products

Regular visits to Government Departments, Executive Engineers, Contractors, etc.

Business development and client relationship management

Market expansion within assigned districts

✔ Strong communication & client-handling skills

✔ Willingness to travel across assigned regions
