Sales Executive

1) Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and OEM clients.

• Promote company battery products to retailers, industries, solar contractors, and institutions.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Conduct regular market visits and field sales activities.

• Generate inquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.

2) Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Provide product information, pricing, and technical support.

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with service team.

• Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up on outstanding dues.

3)  Market Analysis

• Study competitor pricing, schemes, and market trends.

• Identify new market opportunities.

• Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.

4) Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and service team.

• Prepare quotations and follow up for approvals.

• Maintain proper records of sales, payments, and customer database.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge of automotive / inverter / solar battery market.

• Ability to achieve targets under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting.

• Field sales experience preferred.

Qualification:

• Graduate / Diploma in Marketing / Electrical / Business Administration.

• 1–5 years experience in battery / electrical / inverter.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

• Monthly sales target achievement

• New customer acquisition

• Collection efficiency

• Dealer network expansion

• Market coverage.
