Key Responsibilities:
1) Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and OEM clients.
Promote company battery products to retailers, industries, solar contractors, and institutions.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits and field sales activities.
Generate inquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
2) Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Provide product information, pricing, and technical support.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with service team.
Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up on outstanding dues.
3) Market Analysis
Study competitor pricing, schemes, and market trends.
Identify new market opportunities.
Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.
4) Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and service team.
Prepare quotations and follow up for approvals.
Maintain proper records of sales, payments, and customer database.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of automotive / inverter / solar battery market.
Ability to achieve targets under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting.
Field sales experience preferred.
