Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients in the field, and driving sales growth through direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential customers in assigned areas.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Conduct product/service presentations and explain offerings to clients.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.

• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team.

• Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Willingness to travel and work in the field.

• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.

• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
