Sales Executive

Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, networking, digital channels, and other business development activities.

Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships with existing customers.

Promote and sell Nutrifresh Farms' products to prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

Handle B2B/B2C sales activities, depending on the assigned business segment.

Visit potential customers such as retailers, restaurants, hotels, cafés, distributors, corporate clients, and other relevant businesses.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales deals.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending orders to ensure timely conversion.

Maintain regular communication with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

Coordinate with the operations, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer service.

Monitor customer feedback and resolve sales-related queries or escalate issues to the concerned team.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, orders, sales activities, and payments.

Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.

Identify new market opportunities and suggest strategies to increase sales.

Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers, wherever applicable.

Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on sales performance and market activities.
