Established in 1999, Nayan Saraiya is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor with extensive experience in financial services, mutual fund distribution and client relationship management.

Job Description

We are looking for ambitious, energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives who can generate new business, acquire clients and contribute directly to the company's growth.

This is a target-based field sales position, not a desk job. Candidates should be comfortable approaching prospective customers, conducting client meetings, generating leads and achieving assigned monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.

• Conduct field visits and meet prospective clients regularly.

• Make outbound calls and maintain consistent follow-ups.

• Explain mutual fund investment services and SIP-related information professionally, in accordance with applicable guidelines.

• Convert qualified prospects into clients.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain daily reports of calls, meetings, leads and conversions.

• Coordinate with the internal operations team for client onboarding.

• Participate in sales reviews and training sessions.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of sales experience can apply.

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with fieldwork, client acquisition and sales targets.

• Self-motivated, disciplined and confident in meeting new people.

• Previous experience in financial services, insurance, banking or direct sales is an advantage.

• Basic computer and reporting skills.

Salary & Performance Expectations

This is a performance-driven role with clearly defined sales targets.

The initial salary package will be finalized during the selection process based on the candidate's skills, experience, suitability and ability to take responsibility for assigned targets.

• Monthly and quarterly targets will be communicated clearly.

• Performance incentives will be linked to actual target achievement.

• Future salary revisions and career advancement will depend on consistent performance and business contribution.

• Travelling allowance will be provided as per company policy.
