Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.

• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, and digital inquiries.

• Explain solar solutions, project benefits, ROI, and savings to customers.

• Conduct site visits along with technical/design teams.

• Prepare and present quotations and proposals.

• Follow up with clients and close sales within defined timelines.

• Coordinate with design, project, and accounts teams after order confirmation.

• Maintain customer data, sales pipeline, and daily reports.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing / Engineering preferred).

• 1–4 years of experience in solar, electrical, or EPC sales (freshers with strong interest may apply).

Skills Required:

• Strong communication & presentation skills

• Customer handling & negotiation

• Lead generation & follow-up

• Basic understanding of solar EPC projects

• MS Office & CRM usage

• Target-oriented approach
