Job Responsibilities:
• Handle B2B MCD (Meetings, Conferences & Demonstration) inquiries from Custom agents and corporate clients.
• Prepare proposals, itineraries, costing, and quotations for MCD groups.
• Coordinate with vendors and other suppliers to obtain competitive rates.
• Negotiate rates and terms with vendors to maximize profitability.
• Maintain relationships with custom and other agents, corporate clients, and suppliers.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed business.
• Resolve operational issues and provide timely support to clients.
• Prepare reports and maintain records of inquiries, bookings and revenues.
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years of experience in MCD, Customer Handling or Operations.
• Good knowledge of Accounts, Financial Reports.
• Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to prepare costing and quotations independently.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email communication.
• Experience in B2B sales will be preferred.
Salary•
