Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail outlets daily to generate orders and ensure product availability.
Achieve primary & secondary sales targets as assigned.
Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising at outlets.
Identify and onboard new retailers to expand market reach.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors & stockists.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional schemes.
Execute marketing activities, schemes, and new product launches in the market.
Collect market feedback and share weekly reports with the sales manager.
Ensure correct & timely collection of payments from retailers (if applicable).
Maintain daily sales reports using company apps/tools.
