Sales Executive

Mor Box Enterprises is an ice cream manufacturing company offering a range of quality ice cream products. We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales, expand our distribution network, and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.

Job Summary :

The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new markets, managing distributors and retailers, increasing product availability and visibility, and driving business growth within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG, Ice Cream, Dairy, Food & Beverage, or related industries and should be comfortable with field sales and regular market visits.

Key Responsibilities :

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key outlets.

• Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and sales points.

• Expand the company's distribution and retail network.

• Conduct regular market and outlet visits to generate sales and identify new business opportunities.

• Plan daily market visits, routes, and beat plans to maximize sales productivity.

• Identify new market opportunities and support territory expansion.

• Maintain regular sales reports, market visit reports, order reports, and customer records.

• Provide regular updates on market trends, customer feedback, competitor activity, and sales performance.
  
  Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG/Ice Cream/Dairy/Food & Beverage sales.

  • Experience in field sales and distributor/retailer management preferred.

  • Good knowledge of local markets and retail distribution.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable with market and outlet visits.

  • Target-oriented with strong sales and follow-up skills.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM and sales reporting.

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.
