Position Overview:-
We are looking for Sales Executives with strong communication skills and a keen interest in building a career in technical/industrial sales. Candidates with experience in HVACR sales, or those familiar with HVAC consultants and aligned sales activities, will be preferred. Freshers with strong aptitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
This role requires frequent travel to nearby cities as per business needs.
Key Responsibilities:-
Identify and approach potential clients within the HVACR ecosystem, including consultants and contractors.
Generate sales leads, maintain strong follow-ups, and achieve monthly targets as per salary level.
Promote company products and solutions to customers across designated regions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for quotations and order processing.
Conduct market visits, collect competitor insights, and report findings to management.
Travel to nearby cities as part of regular business activities.
Maintain daily sales reports and provide timely updates to the sales manager.
Required Experience & Skills:-
Experience: 0–2 years
Preferably from the HVACR industry
Candidates familiar with HVAC consultants & project-based sales will be preferred
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (BBA/MBA)
Skills:-
Good communication & presentation skills
Ability to engage with customers professionally
Willingness to travel frequently
Self-motivated with a strong sales attitude
Working Conditions:-
Days of Working: 6 Days
Travel: Mandatory travel to nearby cities as per business needs
Work Location: Noida Office
Compensation:-
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Monthly targets assigned proportionally to salary level
