Field Sales Executive (Female Preferred) Role Summary
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the adoption of our new software application among doctors. This role involves direct, in-person sales pitches, product demonstrations, negotiation, and hands-on onboarding to ensure successful initial use of the software.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development Execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and maximize market. Conduct effective, professional, and compelling product presentations and software demonstrations to doctors and clinic administrators, highlighting the value proposition and benefits. Handle objections, negotiate terms, and successfully close new business contracts. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and customer information in Zoho CRM. Onboarding & Account Activation Software Implementation: Guide the doctor and their staff through the initial setup of the new software and explain the features. Feedback Loop: Gather and relay user feedback (doctors' needs, pain points, feature requests) to the product and development teams to drive continuous improvement. Relationship Management Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting, and trusting relationships with key healthcare decision-makers. Turn newly onboarded practices into satisfied, long-term customers and potential references. �Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: o 2-5 years of experience in field sales or B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Soft Skills: Superior written and verbal English communication skills. o Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust quickly with busy professionals. o Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to manage a busy travel schedule and territory independently. Must be comfortable learning, demonstrating, and teaching others how to use a new software application. Willingness and ability to travel.
