The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing the retailer network in the assigned territory, driving secondary sales of the assigned products. The role focuses on market development, order generation, payment follow-ups, and brand visibility to achieve sales targets. One will be responsible for the entire business cycle and support customers as per requirement.
Responsibility
1. Identify, Appoint, Develop and manage retailers and sub-dealers in the assigned area.
2. Gather and Maintain all required data of the customer as per company standards.
3. Generate secondary sales through regular visits and necessary follow-ups.
4. Conduct promotional activities, marketing initiative, training programs to build stronger relation with the customer.
5. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
6. Preparing quotes, negotiating them and finalise the orders.
7. Plan joint visits with seniors as per requirement.
8. Promote products and schemes and new launched products.
9. Collect orders, co-ordinate for timely dispatch.
10. Follow-up on payments and manage receivables as per company policy.
11. Monitor competitor activities to provide market feedback.
12. Maintain daily reports as suggested by seniors and company policy.

Education
Diploma / Graduate
Note
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferred in industrial products (pumps, pipes, motors, cables, machine equipment).
