Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Sales representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our layout sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy:

    - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

    - Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.

2. Team Management:

    - Lead and manage a team of sales professionals.

    - Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members.

3. Client Relations:

    - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

4. Sales Performance:

    - Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

    - Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

5. Market Research:

    - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.

6. Collaboration:

    - Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product) to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.

7. Reporting:

    - Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Sales).

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

 

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in layout sales or a related field.

- Knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Experience in sales analytics tools.

Sales Targets:

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

- Grow existing client relationships and acquire new clients.

 

 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

   - Sales revenue growth.

   - Customer acquisition and retention rates.

   - Sales team performance and development
