Key Responsibilities:
Handle qualified franchise leads and convert them into successful closures.
Conduct franchise meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate shop visits and evaluate potential franchise locations.
Explain franchise investment, business models, and commercial terms.
Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
✅ Experience in Franchise Sales, B2B Sales, or Field Sales preferred.
✅ Strong Marathi, Hindi, and English communication skills.
✅ Excellent convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
✅ Knowledge of Pune & PCMC markets preferred.
✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
✅ Target-oriented and closure-focused approach.
