Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team . The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹32000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1.            Sales Operations

   

  1.1        100% target achievement of sales set by management

  1.2        To greet the customers

  1.3        To ensure enquiries and information is captured in sales track.

  1.4        To give proper DEMO of the car to the customer

  1.5        To advise customer on suitable models & deals with finance details

  1.6        To ensure customer Docket is filled during booking

  1.7        To promote Auto card, MDS services and Maruti Genuine Accessories, exchange, smart finance as per target by Company.

  1.8        To achieve Exchange Target set by management

  1.9        To be present during delivery

  1.10    All ilearn modules (E learning) to be complete within time.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 4 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
