Responsibilities:
Visit assigned territories to meet with potential clients and drive sales of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand customer base.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Meet sales targets and provide accurate sales reports to management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior in the FMCG sector.
Additional Requirements:Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends & on public holidays.
