Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Officer to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis

• Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients

• Prepare sales reports, daily activity logs, and market feedback

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) for smooth order execution

• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management

• Ensure timely payment collection from customers (if applicable)

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling

• Willingness to travel/field work (if required)

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and learning mindset
