Job Description

Position: FMCG Sales Executive
Location: Sadar Bazar delhi
Experience: 2–5 years in FMCG/Retail Sales (Preferably in Beauty/Personal Care)

Responsibilities:

Onboard your skincare products into retail chains
Build relationships with retail buyers and store managers
Manage distributor and retailer coordination
Plan and execute in-store promotions
Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and branding
Achieve sales targets and store coverage KPIs

Requirements:

Proven experience in FMCG/beauty/personal care retail sales
Strong knowledge of modern trade formats like Reliance, DMart, Spencer’s, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel locally for market visits
