Job Description

Call assigned student leads from CRM.
Understand student requirements (location, budget, facilities).
Schedule hostel visits with students.
Accompany students during hostel visits.
Explain hostel features and benefits.
Convince students to book through the platform.
Follow up with pending leads and visits.
Update call, visit, and booking status in CRM.
Assist with booking confirmation and payment.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
