• Drive gold loan sourcing and achieve monthly sales targets
• Identify and develop new customer leads through field activities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
• Coordinate with partner banks for smooth loan processing and disbursal
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per bank policies
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain daily MIS and report performance to management
