Core responsibilities
Sales and client acquisition: Identify potential clients, develop sales strategies, and prospect for new business.
Client consultation: Meet with clients to assess their needs, explain policy details, and recommend suitable insurance products.
Policy management: Assist clients with policy updates, renewals, and any necessary amendments.
Claims management: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring fair and timely resolution of claims.
Customer relationship management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and support.
Additional duties (depending on the role)
Underwriting and risk analysis: Evaluate risks and help determine appropriate premium rates and coverage levels.
Team and sales management: For managerial roles, this includes recruiting, training, and motivating a sales team, as well as overseeing daily operations.
Corporate and strategic sales: For higher-level roles, it involves developing strategic sales plans, managing large corporate accounts, and executing go-to-market strategies.
Market and data analysis: Conduct market research, analyze sales performance data, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Administrative and compliance tasks: Prepare reports, maintain client data, and ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements
