Daily & Weekly Expectations
Minimum 10+ valid completed tasks per day
Mix of service tasks and cross-sale tasks as per assigned targets
Adherence to processes and reporting through official apps/tools
Basic Requirements
✅ Good Communication Skills (Hindi + Local Language)
✅ Must have an Android/iOS Smartphone
✅ Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with valid Driving License
✅ Positive CIBIL Score (mandatory for verification)
✅ Phone Number linked with both Bank Account and Aadhaar Card
✅ Willingness to work on-field within assigned locations
✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ideal Candidate Profile
70% sales skills, 30% service skills
Experience in field sales, service, or merchant onboarding is a plus
Comfortable with target-based work culture
Ability to engage and build rapport with existing merchants
Problem-solving attitude and customer-first mindset
Compensation & Model
Activity Based Salary – earnings linked to number of valid tasks completed
Weekly/monthly incentives for achieving beyond targets
