Requirements:
Minimum 2-6 years of proven sales experience, preferably in automobiles, two-wheelers, luxury vehicles, or high-ticket retail. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with motorcycle enthusiasts and premium customers. A genuine passion for motorcycles and understanding of riding styles, brands, and bike culture is essential. You must be comfortable handling high-value transactions and managing premium customer expectations with professionalism and transparency.
Key attributes include self-motivation, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced showroom environment. Basic understanding of vehicle documentation, RTO processes, and finance options is advantageous. Full-time, on-site presence at the Naraina Vihar showroom is required. Willingness to engage in active follow-up, lead nurturing, and collaborative teamwork is mandatory. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in coordinating complex sales processes (sale, purchase, exchange, delivery) are important.
