Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new villages within the assigned radius for business expansion.

• Conduct village surveys to assess potential for group loan business.

• Collection of money as per process, Depositing the money in bank.

• Complete all loan documentation accurately before disbursement.

• To conduct open general meeting with clients for their grievances

• Conduct Pre-Disbursement Training (PDT) for group members.

• Collect and verify KYC documents as per company policy.

• Fill in loan applications and make recommendations to Branch Manager.

• Explain the group loan concept and joint liability clearly to customers.
