Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team Repro Art Fertility. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

a.       Meeting with leading Gynecologists and other doctors in and around Noida

b.       On-boarding new doctors from Noida and nearby locations

c.        Meeting doctors from new locations such as Greater Noida, Greater Noida West / Noida Extension, Jewar, Dankaur etc.

d.       Regular travel (1 – 2 times every month) to outside OPD locations (typically 150 – 250 kms from Noida) for arranging camps and adding new OPD locations

e.       Meeting with leading gynecologists around the camp location

f.       Managing local marketing activities with support from local vendors – these activities could be banner installation, pamphlet distribution, visit to local pharmacies, munadi, etc.

g.        Arranging Asha Worker’s meet at the Clinic and camp locations

h.        Time to time support in Marketing activities in and around Noida

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and 2 Years to 3 Years. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good english communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
