Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

a. Meeting with leading Gynecologists and other doctors in and around Ghaziabad

b. On-boarding new doctors from Ghaziabad and nearby locations

c. Meeting doctors from new locations such as Sahibabad, Murad Nagar, Meerut, Hapur, Lalkuan, etc.

d. Regular travel (1 – 2 times every month) to outside OPD locations (typically 150 – 250 kms from Ghaziabad) for arranging camps and adding new OPD locations

a. Meeting with leading gynecologists around the camp location

b. Managing local marketing activities with support from local vendors – these activities could be banner installation, pamphlet distribution, visit to local pharmacies, munadi, etc.

e. Arranging Asha Worker’s meet at the Clinic and camp locations

f. Time to time support in Marketing activities in and around Ghaziabad

Skills and Experience:

a. Graduation in any streams is a must

b. Good communication skill; decent communication capability in English would be preferred

c. 2-3 years Medical Representative / Pharma Sales experience in Ghaziabad or nearby market would be preferred

d. Experience of working with local Gynecologists would be highly preferred

e. Experience in IVF / Infertility industry would be highly preferred

f. Knowledge of MS Office so that the candidate can prepare report in Excel / Word / PPT

g. Growth Oriented / Team Player / Open to Travel locations for 7-8 days in a month
