Job Title: Sales Executive – Building Materials

Location: Delhi
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Industry: Building Materials

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in building materials such as cement, tiles, sanitary ware, plywood, hardware, pipes, paints, or related construction products. The candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence in Delhi and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and retailers
Identify new business opportunities through field visits and market research
Promote and sell building material products in the Delhi market
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure timely payment collection from clients
Track competitor activities and market trends
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Building Materials preferred)
Strong knowledge of Delhi market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle field sales independently
Own two-wheeler preferred
Graduation preferred

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
