Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.

• Present and promote the company's products and services to prospective customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers.

• Follow up on enquiries, orders, and customer payments.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
