Sales Executive

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Junior Operations Executive to join our team in Coimbatore, Pondicherry,

Hosur and Trichy on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day

operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of processes while contributing to business

growth.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Conduct market research to gather insights on various SKUs, including specifications, pricing,

and availability.

• Identify potential leads and develop a strong sales pipeline to achieve regional sales targets.

• Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and ensure timely payments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and streamline

communication.

• Analyze market trends and forecast seasonal variations to optimize sales performance.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration or a related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years in business development, industrial sales, or operations management.

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills and must be willing to Travel.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.

• Familiarity with the Tamil Nadu market is preferred.
