Key Responsibilities: - Manage & follow up on leads received from various sources - Understand client’s packaging requirements and provide customized solutions - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers & generate repeat business - Conduct client visits to explore new sales opportunities - Handle queries via calls and emails with professionalism - Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements: - 3–8 years of experience in B2B Sales (Packaging, FMCG, Pharma, Industrial preferred) - Strong communication and presentation skills - Proven ability in lead generation, negotiation & closing - Self-driven, target-oriented and good at relationship building - Willingness to travel for client meetings
