Job Description:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities by visiting markets, retailers, and distributors.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets through regular field visits and effective product promotion.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and channel partners.

  • Collect orders from market partners and coordinate with the supply team for timely delivery.

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends and share regular updates.

  • Execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and schemes as per company guidelines.

  • Resolve customer or retailer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and smooth operations.

  • Maintain daily sales reports, market visit reports, and update CRM/ERP as required.

  • Work closely with the sales manager to plan routes, improve coverage, and increase market penetration.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B Field Sales (preferably in FMCG Industry)

Education:

12th pass or graduate from in any stream.
