Job Description

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM, 8 hours/day)• Transport Allowance: ₹3/km (no extra vehicle maintenance charges).If the company provides a vehicle, only actual fuel bills (with terms and conditions) will be reimbursed.No T.A. will be paid for office visits.

Working Rules

• Must punch-in via the application before 08:00 AM with a photo of the vehicle’s meter reading, shared onWhatsApp.• First counter visit must be completed by 09:30 AM, failing which a half-day will be marked.• Final counter logout must not be before 05:00 PM or 8 hours of work must be completed.• Minimum of 2 lead counters must be visited per route.• A photo with each dealer/counter must be shared before logging out.• Detailed report of all counter visits must be sent to your reporting officer daily.• Punch-out time and final meter reading photo must be shared simultaneously.

Notice Period

In the event of resignation, a 15-day notice is mandatory. Failure to serve the notice period will result in forfeiture of any pending incentives and salary.

Leave Policy

• Paid Leave: One paid leave per month (can be carried forward).• Excess Leave: More than 3 leaves (including paid leave) in a month will result in salary being calculatedonly for actual working days.• Weather Absences: Days missed/late due to weather conditions will be marked as absent/half day.• Festival Holidays: 1 day for Holi and 2 days for Diwali.

Incentives & Growth Opportunities

Monthly Collection Incentives:• 1st Target (salary X 100) Achieved – ₹2,000/-• 2nd Target (salary X 130) Achieved – ₹3,000/-• 3rd Target (salary X 160) Achieved – ₹5,000/-(Incentives applicable only if 95% of the monthly sales amount is collected.)
