We are looking for a Sales Executive to join Jainsons Group at our Sector 63, Noida office. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of B2B field sales experience and a basic understanding of Bitumen, Bituminous Products, Cement, Steel, and other construction materials used in infrastructure and road construction projects.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, handling customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. Candidates should be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new B2B leads and develop business opportunities.
Meet contractors, builders, and construction companies to understand their requirements.
Present products, share quotations, and close sales orders.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Job Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
2–4 years of experience in B2B/Field Sales.
Basic knowledge of Bitumen, Cement, Steel, or construction materials.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and Internet.
Willingness to travel for business meetings.
