Position: Sales & Marketing Executive — Investments
Firm: IRYS Securities Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Sector 15 Part-2, Gurugram — office + field, NCR
Experience: Freshers to 2 years
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 fixed per month + performance incentives (uncapped)

About the role
Sell mutual funds, insurance and stock market investment products to retail and high-value clients. Build your own client book. Full training provided — no prior finance experience needed.

What you'll do

• Generate leads through references, local networking and digital outreach

• Meet prospects, understand their financial goals, present suitable products

• Complete onboarding — KYC, documentation, account opening, SIP setup

• Service existing clients: portfolio updates, statements, renewals, queries

• Create and post content for the firm's social media channels

• Maintain daily activity records

What we're looking for

• Graduate, any discipline

• Good communication skills — confident, clear and persuasive with clients; comfortable in Hindi and functional in English

• Comfortable on a computer: Excel, email, WhatsApp Business

• Working knowledge of social media marketing — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn; basic content creation (Canva or similar)

• Presentable, self-driven, willing to travel within NCR

• Own two-wheeler preferred
