Job Title: Sales & Telesales Executive – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:
Telesales:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from leads database.
Explain real estate projects, features, pricing, and benefits.
Maintain follow-up with interested leads via calls and WhatsApp.
Update CRM with customer interactions regularly.
Sales:
Attend walk-in clients and explain the project details.
Conduct site visits with potential buyers.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.
Negotiate and close deals with support from the senior team.
Meet monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs.
Key Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and persuasive over phone
Basic understanding of real estate (training will be provided)
Fluency in Hindi and English
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream)
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales/telesales/customer service
