Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating new leads, developing customer relationships, presenting products/services, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, referrals, networking, and other channels.

• Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products or services.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to convert opportunities into sales.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements within company guidelines.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in CRM/software.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.

• Freshers can apply; prior sales experience is an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
